Terms of Service

Effective September 13, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Epiglass (“Epiglass,” “we,” “us”) governing your use of our website and business-operations service (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

The Service

Epiglass connects, with your authorization, to business systems you already use and assembles a map of your business — records, obligations, calendars, and reports. Agent features may draft records or suggestions for your review; they act only with the access you grant and take no financial action without human approval.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for maintaining the security of your sign-in, and for the actions of people you invite into your business's workspace. You must have the authority to connect the business systems you connect.

Your data

Your business data belongs to you. You grant Epiglass the rights needed to host, process, and display it in order to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect systems or request deletion at any time.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to access other customers' data or probe the Service's security.
• Do not resell or provide the Service to third parties without our agreement.

Third-party services

The Service connects to third-party systems (such as Intuit QuickBooks and Google Workspace) under their own terms. Epiglass is not responsible for those services, and their availability may affect features of the Service.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Epiglass provides operational software, not accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice; information the Service presents — including agent-drafted records — must be reviewed by you and, where appropriate, your professional advisors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Epiglass will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination we will delete your business data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.
